We hired a designer to make it colorful, fun, and one of a kind. The unit is approximately 300 square feet, but has been set up in such a way that the whole space is very comfortable and usable. You will have access to the pool, hot tub, and BBQ which is shared with the other 2 houses on the property. All three houses are near each other. This house does have a washer and dryer outside in an attached storage cabinet. There is a free parking space right outside the home's front door. Guest access You will have the entire home to yourself. Other things to note Only the hot tub is heated, and only heated on demand. It takes 30-45 minutes for the hot tub to heat up each time. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. There is no lifeguard on duty. The pool is a shared space. ALL 3 HOMES on the property will have access to the pool area and BBQ area.
