We are so excited to have you enjoy our four bedroom modern farmhouse style house. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and relaxation! The space We are located on the outskirts of Coatesville and are within a forty five minute drive to some of Lancaster County's main attractions...Sight and Sound Theaters, Strasburg Railroad and the Village of Intercourse. Also conveniently located within forty five minutes of historic Philadelphia...the Franklin Institute, Liberty Bell and Independance Hall. The Coatesville train station is only 12 minutes away. A complete, 1900 sq.ft. house with full amenities and everything to make your stay a great one! It has a fully equipped kitchen if you choose to cook during your stay. The laundry room sits just off the kitchen. The dining room has a large oak table that seats 6-8. A spacious family room, office and master bedroom and bath complete the main floor. A large patio goes out from the living room (also doors going out from the dining room) with picnic tables, lounge chairs and a grill. We have three bedrooms in the basement...two have queen size beds and one has a king bed. There's also a pack n play available and stored in the far bedroom closet. Also a large bathroom with a walk in shower and a bath tub. A sitting area includes a comfortable sectional sofa with a smart TV (no cable). There's also a ping pong table that can be spread out. We provide a welcome snack basket along with coffee, creamer, sugar and teabags. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except for the garage and a few locked closets. There's plenty of parking in the driveway. Other things to note We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. By reserving this suite, you are agreeing to abide by the following rules... 1. No parties allowed....meaning no alcoho;lic beverages and crowds of people. We have close neighbors and ask you to keep the noise levels down to respect them. 2. No pets. A $100.00 additional cleaning fee will be charged for policy violation.
