This stylishly decorated and well-appointed split level, 2 bedroom apartment offers it all; luxury and comfort, a mere 300m from the ocean. Boasting sea views and all modern conveniences, and to top it all off, it will take you only a minute to walk to the beach. Safe parking is offered in a tandem garage, high enough to fit your vehicle with rooftop tent, and long enough for your car and trailer. We have 2 adjoining units which each sleeps 4, so if you want to have a family holiday, book both! The space Swakopmund is Namibia’s premier holiday resort town, only 350km from the capital, Windhoek. With the Namib-desert on one side and the Atlantic ocean on the other, the weather is surprisingly mild year round (the average temperature ranges between 15 to 25 degrees Celsius). There are a plethora of activities available in the area, to suit every age and taste, dune boarding, sky diving, horse or camel riding, nature drives, museums, galleries, snake parks, curio shops and more and restaurants galore for every taste and mood. Guest access The main bedroom upstairs offers a double bed, built in cupboards a gorgeous view of the ocean, as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and twin basins. The second bedroom downstairs offers 2 single beds, built in cupboards and also boasts an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and twin basins. Each room has a small, built-in safe. A separate guest toilet is available. Each room has a pedestal fan, and hot water bottles are supplied for all guests on those chilly evenings. Two sets of linen and towels are provided per room (though please bring your own swimming towels). The open plan lounge and kitchen offers comfortable leather couches, a flat screen Smart tv with full DSTV (satellite channels) and Netflix, YouTube etc. Free wi-fi. There is an indoor braai (barbecue), perfect for the often windy Swakopmund climate. The kitchen boasts a dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven, microwave, large fridge and everything else you may need to whip up a feast. An extra deepfreeze is available in the laundry room, where you will also find a washing machine and dryer. Crockery and cutlery for 6 is supplied. The unit is serviced once per week, though daily cleaning can be arranged at an extra fee. Our tandem garage offers safe parking for 2 vehicles, or a vehicle and trailer. It is also high enough to accommodate a 4x4 with rooftop tent. The unit has a burglar alarm, which is connected to armed response, as well as security cameras around the outside perimeter of the property. No cameras inside, your privacy is assured.
