Our charming 2-bedroom apartment at the foot of the slopes is perfect for your next mountain adventure. Located in the Roc de Peclet 2 residence, the Kosci Hut is ideal for small families, couples or small groups of friends who want to enjoy all that Val Thorens has to offer. Our bright apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. Composed of 2 bedrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen and a closed balcony that offers views of the ski area. The space The Kosci hut is composed of - Master bedroom with a double bed and a storage closet - Cabin bedroom with two single bunk beds and a storage closet - Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, raclette machine and basic cooking products. - Sitting area with a foldable sofa (rapido), TV, dining table and chairs. - Closed balcony with storage for ski equipment - Bathroom with bath/shower, towel rail and hairdryer - Separate toilet - Wifi - Ski locker located in the ski room - Elevator access to the apartment and ski room For your convenience, your stay includes the following services: - sheets, towels and bath mats provided - beds made on arrival - basic cleaning supplies: 1 roll of toilet paper, 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwasher product, garbage bag and multi-purpose cleaning product. Guest access Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, ice rink and medical center are all within a 5-minute walk. The ESF daycare is located on the ground floor of the residence. The Kosci Hut offers direct access to the slopes, the ski room (accessible by elevator and staircase) directly overlooking the slopes. So you can enjoy a full day of skiing without having to walk and carry your skis to the house! The residence has secure access by badge only, including access to the elevator and ski room. Other things to note Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. Take out the trash, empty the dishwasher and empty the refrigerator. During your stay, skis and snowboards must be left in the ski room. Please take off your ski and snowboard boots before entering the apartment so as not to damage the floor. Val Thorens is a pedestrian resort, so there is no street parking. It's important to book your parking before you arrive to get the best price. We (Lauren and Nils) have lived and worked in the beautiful resort of Val Thorens for the past 10 years. We run a restaurant on the slopes and we love to welcome our guests for their lunches and/or for our weekly dinner. We have contacts in ski shops and can help you rent your skis and snowboards.
