Large private room in artsy apt

Good-sized private room in a 3 bedroom flex apartment in Lower Manhattan. Includes access to small kitchen and living room. Bathroom is shared, there is one other roommate full time, and one who travels for work and is 50/50. Both roommates are very chill, quiet and friendly. We keep the space clean and tranquil. The room is just over 90 square feet, and has a full size bed, firm memory foam mattress, and plenty of space for luggage. The space Large sized Manhattan apartment, very well put together, with fun decor, mounted TV, and a well organized kitchen. We have a great view of the city from the rooftop! The vibe is very low key, calm, and clean. There is 1 full time roommate you’ll be sharing the space with, and I stay in the unit about 50% of the year. We don’t mind a little drinking and are 420 friendly, just don’t throw a party. We do our partying outside in the city. Guest access Self Check-In. Instructions will be visible the day you check in.
