Lothlórien is a stately mansion on three acres of private manicured gardens. Only four minutes walk to Gallery Walk, and with views to the Gold Coast, this is an especially unique property. Suitable for extended families wanting to celebrate together in their own private oasis, or a gathering of friends wishing to reunite, whilst being at the centre of everything the mountain has to offer. Lothlòrien is truly the fairest of realms. The space Lothlórien is a large two level property with multiple indoor and under cover outdoor communal spaces. A vast manicured garden features an outdoor fire pit, and play equipment for all ages. A huge games room with its own bathroom, features Foosball, Table tennis, Basket ball, outdoor gym, running machine and trampoline will keep active ones occupied for days of fun. Guest access The entire house, games garage and gardens will be the exclusive use to our guests. With the exception of our friendly wildlife of Kangaroos, Paddymelons, Cockatoo's and Kind Parrotts to name some of our local wildlife. Other things to note Strictly no events entertaining guests not staying at the property as per AIRBNB rules.
