The Little House in Savennières

Old house completely renovated in the heart of a small city of character on the banks of the Loire in a region classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This cottage is classified 1 star. Nearby, you can discover charming villages such as Béhuard, La Pointe as well as the famous vineyards of Savennières or the Coteaux du Layon. Less than ten minutes by train you will find Angers and its castle with the Apocalypse tapestries and an hour away, Nantes. The space The house is spread over three levels (not accessible for people with reduced mobility). On the ground floor you will have a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster) and a living room with a sofa bed. This space opens onto an outdoor courtyard where it will be possible to have meals (with plancha). On the first floor, a large bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) and bathroom (with washing machine). Finally on the second floor, another bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed). Our village has a grocery store offering local products, a restaurant, a bicycle repair shop, an art gallery. A market is held every Sunday morning. You can enjoy the comfort and calm of this house, with family or friends and discover the Loire by bike and the Loire castles.
