Spacious detached house of 125 sqm with large corner living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds Large terrace with exit from the living room overlooking fields and the Baltic Sea. Large tiled terrace facing the field Located in a small provincial town "Rø", about 5 km north of Gudhjem. Public transport 100 meters from the house. 1 km from Rø Golf Course Animals are NOT welcome and no smoking Shoes may not be worn indoors Clever charging box with charging chip may only be used by agreement and is charged in addition to consumption The space Bedroom 1 overlooking the Baltic Sea has a 180 cm double bed. Room 2 overlooking the garden has 2 single beds. Room 3 overlooking the garden has a 140 cm double bed. All TVs have no channels but a Chromecast to stream from phone or e.g. iPad. From July 1st to July 31st, rentals are only on a weekly basis with arrival and departure on Sunday. Guest access Only the ground floor and the garden. Not the basement or garage. Other things to note You bring your own daily basics such as toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, etc. But also bed linen, towels, dishcloths, cloths, etc. However, bed linen and towels can be rented for an extra fee of 100 kr per person. There is a Clever charging box. This may only be used by appointment (reading on the electricity meter in the basement before and after charging) and consumption thereof is settled directly between tenant/landlord. From the last week of June to the first week of August, the minimum rental is 1 week at a time with arrival/departure day on Sunday.
