Short Sands 4BR Beach House

A quick walk to everything Short Sands has to offer. Located just a few steps to the beach, shops and restaurants. Plenty of off-street parking so feel free to leave your keys aside. The space Unit B is the 2nd and 3rd floors with 4 spacious bedrooms. Access to the unit is up a flight of stairs via the back deck into a mudroom, and then another set of stairs up to the main entrance of the unit. The 2nd floor has a large full eat-in kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms (one with bunk twin beds and another with two twin beds). A walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor to access two larger BRs, each with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom with tub & shower. The unit includes free Wifi, Smart TV, Washer & Dryer, beach toys, heat/AC, almost everything you could want/need for your stay. The only items that are not provided are toiletries, and replenishment of necessities (toilet paper, paper towels). There is plentiful off-street parking in back of the house via driveway for up to 4 vehicles (please just let us know if you have more and we may be able to accommodate). Please see House Rules section for further guidance on parking. Guest access Main entrance is from the back deck next to the garage. There are two sets of stairs to reach the 2nd floor unit and another to access the bathroom on the 3rd floor, which may be important for those that have trouble with stairs. Parking: There is room for 4 guest cars without blocking anyone in, including the 1st floor tenants (2 cars). Please park tandem all the way in the back next to the white fence, one car in front of the white fence and one car in between the garage and the back deck (turn around spot). If you need accommodations for more than 4 guest cars, please send us a message and we can try and work something out. Please, no parking in the shared driveway as you will block all traffic including our 1st floor tenants.
