Beacon’s Beach Bungalow

This cute and cozy bungalow is a hidden gem! With it being just a short walk from the beach and steps away from restaurants and bars, you’ll be able to leave your car parked and really enjoy the beach life. The bungalow is equipped with everything, including WiFi, so bring your laptop if you have work to catch up on, or ditch it and go for a long walk along Neptune. The space This upper level apartment is small but done so well. The wood ceilings and jungle view make it so cozy and inviting. A queen size bed, side tables and access to the full bathroom can be found in the bedroom. Bedding, towels, basic toiletries, cleaning supplies and backup toiletries are all available along with beach towels and accessories. The living room has a small white couch that folds down for comfort. Spare blankets are located in the ottoman and a few games are stored for entertainment. The TV gets a few local stations and has an hdmi cord to plug in your laptop. WiFi info under the router behind the front door. Please note: There are personal belongings in the cupboards and closet. There is plenty of storage space for guest belongings as hooks, hangers and drawers are provided. Please reach out if there’s anything else you need. We are quick to respond. Street parking is available and it can get busy on weekends, but reach out and we always find a solution. The key = communication. Guest access Guest has private access to the entire bungalow. It is located on the second floor of the building and accessed via a flight of stairs. The bikes and surf board are available upon request. There is plenty of street parking available on hwy 101 and the host is available via text at anytime to assist with any issues. Please communicate because we love solving problems. Other things to note The bungalow is across the street from the train tracks and the horn blows as it drives by, so if you are a light sleeper, consider bringing ear plugs, and enjoy! It’s part of the funkiness of Leucadia. Two blocks up a short hill and you can walk down the switch back bluff to the beach. It’s a walk well worth it and sunset at beacons is a social gathering. The bungalow is fully stocked for you to enjoy. Please ignore the personal items in the bedroom closet. Please note that hangers and hooks are available for you to use and the unit is very clean and tidy.
