Comfortable and cozy three-room apartment suitable for families with panoramic views of the mountains. Equipped with a living room with a kitchenette and a 2-seater sofa bed. Double bedroom and bedroom with bunk beds. Bathroom, balcony and covered parking space, TV. Fully furnished and equipped. Located at Residence Palace 2, a short walk from the center and the ski slopes. In the Residence you will find a gym, sauna, Wi-Fi, restaurant, bar, mini market, laundry and playground. Guest access Reception opening hours: From September 1st to December 7th: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. From December 8 to April 15, 2025: from 8:00 a.m. to midnight ATTENTION: arrivals outside these hours must be strictly agreed in advance. The cost of opening the reception/delivery of keys after hours is €50.00 to be paid upon arrival. 3) CHECK-IN TIME: 6:00 p.m. (high season) From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (low season) CHECK-OUT TIME: 9:30 a.m. Other things to note Small pets. The cost of accepting small pets is €100.00 per pet per stay. The amount is to be paid upon arrival. Police registration fee €15 to be paid upon arrival. The beds prepared upon arrival are 1 double and 2 single in the castle; extra sheets for the sofa bed are available in the closets. The welcome kit consisting of small soap, shower-shampoo and a roll of toilet paper is provided upon arrival but is not replenished later. The apartments are not equipped with detergents. The convenience store is open from December 20 to March 31 and from July 1 to August 31. The shuttle service of the Municipality of Sestriere is only in operation during the winter period of opening of the facilities. Tickets are on sale at the Reception. The mini club (for children aged 4 to 8) is open from mid-December to the end of March. The Bar is open from early December until mid-April and from mid-June until the end of August.
