Each home, (Wave Hill and The Pool House), offers its own distinct character and privacy, while together they create a seamless and spacious resort feel. Perfect for relaxed afternoons, letting the kids run and play on the lawn or enjoying sunset drinks with family and friends. A firepit is also available between May and October adding warmth and fun on those cooler evenings in winter. The outdoor area includes a stunning mineral infinity swimming pool with ocean views and terrace with large day bed, sunlounges and umbrella to shade you when required. A sauna and small gym are available for those wishing to keep fit during their stay conveniently accessed via a dedicated set of steps from the main deck. There are also multiple outdoor lounge zones and versatile dining areas with extendable tables. For year-round comfort, The Pool House is airconditioned, with the option for ceiling fans and screened windows if natural airflow is preferred. At Wave Hill, all bedrooms are air-conditioned (also with ceiling fans), and the open plan living area is equipped with ceiling fans and screen doors offering a fresh breeze and relaxing atmosphere. Catered events can be arranged on request. If you would like to plan a private party or special gathering, additional fees and conditions apply. All events must be pre-approved. Please ask for details. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply making space for everyone to spread out and unwind, Wave Hill and the Pool House together offers privacy, luxury and unforgettable views - all just minutes from the beaches and village of Lennox Head. There is parking in the garage for 3 cars and an additional 4 will fit behind in the large driveway. Guest access When booking Wave Hill and The Pool House as an exclusive retreat, you will receive two sets of keys for each home. Each house has its own private entry, allowing your group to enjoy space and privacy throughout your stay. The garage is located underneath the main house (Wave Hill) and there is plenty of additional parking in the driveway. A few days prior to arrival you'll be sent details instructions on how to access the keys, with the option of a personal meet and greet or a convenient lockbox check-in - whichever suits you best. The sauna is available for your exclusive use and accessed via a set of steps. Children under 16 are not permitted in the sauna and the stairs are for access only. Please keep the gate closed and only use these steps when coming and going from the sauna. Other things to note As the property manager, I live on site in a private apartment below Wave Hill House, I'm available if you need anything during your stay, whether it's local tips, help with the property or anything in between. I respect your privacy and will ensure you have all the space you need for a relaxing, uninterrupted stay. Please note, the property is not fenced and there are stairs throughout, both inside and outdoors, which may not be suitable for guest with limited mobility or young children without supervision. If you're interested in hosting a special event, celebration or private gathering during your stay, this may be possible with prior approval.
