Ceiba Tree Casita #1 - seafront on the East End

Want tranquility and peace? This is it! The only traffic you will hear will be boats. Ceiba Tree Casitas is located seafront in the quiet community of Punta Blanca. This newly built home has everything you need for an amazing escape including kayaks, snorkel gear, large deck, outdoor shower & the reef just a 5-10 minute paddle out the front door! This fully furnished home is perfect for a couple or small family up to 4. We do not allow stays over 28 days or pets. The space The casita has a fully equipped kitchen, instant hot water, Starlink & a smart TV in the living room. The bedroom has a queen bed, private access to the deck and individual AC. The large bathroom has double sinks and a spacious shower. There is a sofa bed located in the living room that has bedding stored in it and sleeps 2 people. The living room has an AC unit as well. Unlike many rentals on the island electricity is included at no extra fee! PLEASE do not leave AC units running when not in the home or 24/7. Electricity is very expensive on the island. Guest access You will have access to the laundry room located under casita #2. Please be courteous if there are guests in casita #2 and do not slam the door. All guests have access to the kayaks, outdoor shower and other amenities located on the property. Rarely are both casitas occupied and we would inform you if someone will be in the other one. Other things to note There are 2 identical casitas located on the property. The property is just under an acre and fully gated with security cameras recording the perimeter of the lot and parking areas.
