On the left is the door to the living room with open kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven and central extraction. There is a raised breakfast table for 2. There is a TV with fiber optics, WiFi. A sliding door gives access to a small garden, with bistro chairs. On request, we can prepare the barbecue. There is a terrace overlooking our 5 monumental oaks and the woods in front of the door and the larger front garden. You can park for free on the premises. In the summer, you can sit in the shade between the cottages. In the evening, when you turn off all the lights, there is a beautiful starry sky to admire in clear weather. From the hall, you walk straight to the bedroom with box spring bed, small wardrobe and night lights (via remote control) and an en suite bathroom with shower and sink. Everything is allergy proof with tiles and PVC floor with underfloor heating. The whole house is heated with a central heat pump that runs on electricity generated by our own solar panels. In the summer, you have the opportunity to pick herbs from our small indoor herb garden. Guest access Front garden bordered by beech hedges, parking space in front of the house, side corridor between our utility room and your entrance. The entire vacation home is exclusively at your disposal. Other things to note There is an electric charging station for your car, please charge in consultation. From summer/fall 2023, there will also be a swimming pond in the backyard that we will make available to guests by mutual agreement.
