Description

Beautifully restored circa 1807 home in the heart of the Saint Marys Historic District. This home, known as the cannonball home was originally a study for Horace Pratt, the minister of the first Presbyterian Church in Saint Marys and was located on the Orange Hall property. The home was hit with a cannonball during the Civil War and the damage is still seen today! This historic home has a traditional wrap around porch and 12 foot ceilings. A lovey and short .3 mile walk from the home and you are at St. Marys Howard Gilman Memorial Waterfront Park, divine Saint Mary's Seafood river front restaurants, Knuckleheads Kayak Adventures, the ferry to Cumberland Island, and more.
