Bubbling Brook Cottages provides family-styled affordable house and cottages. The cottage#8 is two bedrooms cottage. One bedroom has 1 queen bed and the other bedroom has 1 double bed plus 1 single bed. It is an affordable and clean cottage for a family of 4-5 people. It has its own well-equipped well kitchen, living room, bathroom and deck. The deck has its own BBQ grill on it with outdoor table and chairs. The space Bubbling Brook cottages has 1 year run two bedrooms house, 6 two bedrooms cottages, and 3 one bedroom cottages for renting. It is a seasonal business running from May to Oct. It features a barbecue and views of the garden. It only takes 5 minutes by driving to New Glasgow, North Rustico, Cavendish (Ann Green Gable/National Park/Beach). Charlottetown or Summerside is only 30 km away. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Guest access Bubbling Brook cottages has a play ground for kids. A paid public laundry room for customers to use from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. There are two fire pits for customers to share. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Other things to note If your reservation dates include the dates for Cavendish Musical Festival in July or Sommo Festival in September, then there is no refund at all for your booking. You have to pay the full amount for your reservation. Please check these event dates by yourselves. If any one is allergic to fragrance or dust or animals, please don’t book our cottages as we will not refund money. We have No pet policy. Bubbling Brook Cottages have no AC but have fans. We don't have swimming pool or hot tub. Electric vehicles cannot be charged here. No smoking inside the rental units. Please smoke outside and please don't throw cigarette butts on the grass. Each rental unit has its Max. number of people, and the number includes baby. As we charge extra money for extra person and the total number of people cannot be more than your reservation record allows, please make sure that you put the right number of people when you book our cottages. Please don't cook seafood and bacon inside the cottages but use BBQ Grill to cook these foods. If the child or the elder is likely to wet the bed or the sofa, please let the child or the elder uses diapers; otherwise, we will charge a clean fee of $200 for that. Please do not let kids playing at the playground by themselves. Before you use the fire pit, please check the government's website to see if the weather is allowed. If wind is too strong, you will not be allowed to use the fire pit. Please don't move our two shared fire pits to other location, specially closed to your cottage. Please also do not bring your own fire pit to the property. After you use the fire pit, please put out the fire thoroughly with water. Check in time need to be after 4:00 p.m. and check out time cannot be later than 10:00 a.m. As there are two Toronto Rd. in PEI, please do not search us by our address but by our name---Bubbling Brook Cottages.
