It’s one of 4 apartments and has capacity of 4 person. There is big bed for 2 person and the sofa bed in the living room for 2 person more. Unfortunately it’s smallest apartment of the all but it’s very comfortable and quiet. Although small table and only 2 chairs for dining assumed 2 person more sit on the sofa. Fully equipped kitchen is in the rules of the all apartment’s Parrot’s House. Dishwasher, washing&drying machine, microwave, stove, Nespresso coffee machine are to your services. And one of our rules more is to put the minimal kitchen set. Clean linen and towels are included in the price. Parking space located in 3 min by walking is free. Other things to note Owner is keeping his right to ask guests to pay security deposit of 200 EUR additionally, and it will be refund to guest after staying.
