Other things to note The owner has appointed Villa Rental Support to support them before, during and after your stay. Villa Rental Support allows the owner to provide the best possible experience for all guests. It is important to note that when you book this accommodation, you are entering into an agreement with the owner and not with Villa Rental Support. In this context, Villa Rental Support is only a service provider for the owner and supports the owner in renting this accommodation. The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and its furniture and furnishings, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, with 90% of the price relating to the house and 10% to the furniture. You may purchase certain products and services from Villa Rental Support, if desired, which Villa Rental Support provides in its own name and at its own expense. SECURITY DEPOSIT: To have access to the accommodation, a security deposit of € 300 will be required which will be blocked from the guest's credit card. If there is no extra cleaning, nothing broken, damaged or missing, the security deposit will be released from the credit card after 4 days. LINEN ARE NOT PROVIDED BY THE OWNER: The owner of this property does not provide bed and bath linens as part of the reservation total after confirmation. "Essentials" and "Bed linen" are not indicated in the amenities. However, bed and bath linens can be optionally ordered through Villa Rental Support after confirmation of your reservation. CLEANING: The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation is included in the price. However, we ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a clean condition to respect our hardworking cleaning colleagues. INSPECTIONS: The accommodation has been inspected to the best of our ability after checking out previous guests and will be inspected again after checking out. MAINTENANCE: The accommodation is maintained to the best of our ability and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If maintenance problems occur, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Villa Rental Support will do their best to resolve any problem as quickly as possible.
