Stylish Victorian family home in the St John's area of Royal Tunbridge Wells with a cool mid-century vibe. The house is walking distance to the town centre (10 minutes walk) and there are lots of independent restaurants/bars/shops even closer. There is a really cosy lounge, kitchen dinner, patio/garden and 3 double bedrooms. Very child friendly accommodation, plug covers, door slam protectors, high chair & cot. Also a park is 2 minutes walk away with a great playground and skatepark. The space The lounge is painted a relaxing dark blue and has TV linked to the Nad sound-system, soft furnishings and wood-burner. The kitchen/dinner is fully equipped and ready for any serious cooking. It has bi-folding doors which lead on to the South facing patio/garden. Master bedroom - Kingsize double bed with fitted wardrobe. Smaller bedroom - Double futon small wardrobe and drawers. Attic room - Regular double bed with ensuite bathroom. Guest access You will have access to the whole house interior and exterior apart from 2 small rooms where we will be storing all our bits and pieces.
