Damage or creation of permanent dirt in bedding (sheets or duvets or pillow sheets, etc.) or PENALTY of RM100 3. Maintain cleanliness before check out or ADDITIONAL FEES from RM100 for excessive messiness or damage. 4. Missing of access card: RM80/card; Missing of keys: RM80/key 5. Strictly follow maximum of pax allowed for the room/unit. No bringing friends and whoever for overnight/visiting. 6.Lower down your volume after 10pm (in the unit, common areas, elevator or lobby etc) 7. Please do not move any furniture items in the house. Do take good care of them too! 8. Please take off your shoes in the unit. Let's keep the unit clean together. 9. Please locked the main door and off all electricity before you leave the unit.
