Your bed space has a memory foam queen mattress and a spacious wardrobe. Your lovely living room includes full 3-piece furniture, smart TV, and a fireplace. You also have a private 3-piece bathroom. In addition, you have your own kitchenette including all dishes, utensils, cookware, and appliances (fridge, breakfast station, electric burner/kettle/stew cooker/air-frier/microwave). Plus, enjoy eating at a romantic dining table designed for you. Please ask us in advance, if you have further requests. Guest access Guests enter from the main common entrance to their own private unit. A lovely outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are available (extra charges apply), as well as one free parking. Other things to note House Rules: 1) We do not charge a cleaning fee. Please keep the place immaculately clean and leave the place as you found it. However, if the place is found messy badly, we may charge $25 per hour up to the total hours taken by our cleaners. Any broken household items will be also charged to the guest. 2) Due to allergic reasons, pets are not allowed. Hence, please do not bring pets. 3) We can not accept more than 2 guests. 4) Smoking (including weed or any other substances) is 100% prohibited and if found used, based on the severity of the damage and odor, the restoration charges will be applied to the guest on whom the place is booked. 5) It is a family-oriented neighborhood with a pleasantly quiet atmosphere. We would appreciate a calm environment after 10 PM.
