Completely renovated cottage on 5 peaceful acres. Wildlife abounds on this centrally located property near the Southern Entrance to Yosemite (20 minutes) and Bass Lake (15 minutes.) Enjoy this completely updated space with the quiet and serenity of our Sierra Nevada foothills. The space This one bedroom, one bathroom cabin is cozy enough for a couple or small family. The pull-out sofa bed has a memory foam topper to help ensure everyone sleeps comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with the basic cooking supplies in case you'd like to eat in. We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason Other things to note Reservations required to enter Yosemite during peak hours, please visit Yosemite National Park's website for more information. Important Note About Power Outages For your safety, utility companies may occasionally shut off power in mountain areas during high fire-risk conditions. While this is a precaution to help prevent wildfires, we understand it can be an inconvenience. To ensure your comfort during these times, we provide battery-powered lanterns and phone chargers for your use. Please note that as these outages are beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds related to power shut-offs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We are happy to ship any items left behind. Guest is responsible for shipping fees and $25 to pay the cleaner for the extra service. We don’t recommend guests shipping anything to the house. Mountain mail is extremely unreliable.
