Other things to note We truly love our apartment, and most of our guests feel the same way — as reflected in our reviews. It offers an unbeatable location with a beautiful ocean view. That said, we want to be fully transparent about a few important details to help avoid surprises and ensure a pleasant stay: This is a small apartment. The living and dining areas are limited, and the bedrooms do not have closets. The water heater is on-demand, so the water may not be extremely hot, especially if more than one bathroom is being used at the same time. Laundry facilities are not inside the apartment. The washer and dryer are located in the building and are shared. The apartment includes one parking space per unit only, located inside the condominium. This is an older residential building currently undergoing repairs and maintenance. You may notice signs of work in progress, and there may be noise at times. This is not a hotel and does not offer hotel-style services (such as daily cleaning, front desk, room service, or concierge). It is a residential condominium. There is no backup power generator inside the apartment. In the event of a city power outage, the apartment will not have electricity until service is restored. Common areas (lobby, hallways, elevators) do have backup power. Please feel free to book only if you are comfortable with these conditions.
