Other things to note Shorewalk Vacation Condominiums is a world wide community of people who have resided and commuted to escape winters here for years from around the globe. Some USA owners live full time in their units, but most, including the many international owners, are either snowbirds residing 5 months out of the year OR units that are rented out all year. A wonderful vibrant international experience! Our HOA has strict rules and they keep a watchful eye. This is not the place to come to party and be loud, sneak in a cherished pet or No additional non-registered guests, because you will be fined and reported to the owner (OMG me!) for possible immediate removal. Now that would be sad for all. Linda's Vacation Villa does have an outside front door security system for everyone's safety. In addition, if you choose to rent our beautiful villa you should know that both of our cherished Canadian snowbird neighbors (next door and below) have been residents for over 30 years and are wonderful people.
