If you need any help, feel free to reach out! 😊 Other things to note 🕒 CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT (New as of Jan 1, 2024) Due to the popularity of our unit, we can’t always accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. • Check-out time: 10 AM • If requested prior to arrival, we may offer late check-out until 11 AM for free. • A $30 fee applies for late check-outs until 12 PM. **Late check-out after 10 AM without prior approval will automatically incur a $30 fee, as our cleaners need adequate time to prepare the space for the next guests. We appreciate your understanding! 🚗 PARKING Parking in downtown Fort Wayne is generally easy, but street parking may be limited at times. • Free street parking is available on Brackenridge Street—just make sure to park in a designated spot to avoid tickets! 🚙 • Two additional parking spots are available in front of the garage at the back of the house. • Metered parking on side streets is free after 5 PM on weeknights and on weekends. 🎬 ENTERTAINMENT Enjoy free WiFi and a 75-inch Smart Roku TV in the living room for movie nights or catching the big game! Feel free to log in to your favorite streaming services—guest mode ensures your credentials are wiped clean after check-out. 📺 👶 FAMILY FRIENDLY Families are welcome! While our space is family-friendly, it’s not childproof. Please ensure proper safety measures for little ones, as there are three flights of stairs and two balconies in the home. Do not leave children unattended on the balconies for their safety. 🧼 HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING Your space will be thoroughly cleaned before check-in. We provide extra clean sheets, pillows, towels, and feminine hygiene products in the master bathroom for your convenience. • No daily housekeeping is included in the rental rate. • For longer stays, you can request mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee, or use the provided cleaning supplies to tidy up yourself.
