Access to the beaches, Kennedy Park and the famous Larcomar shopping center are between 7-15 minutes walking from the studio. Perfect for weekend getaways, business trips, or extended stays while exploring Miraflores. Modern studio on a 1st floor, renovated in October 2022, with a nice contemporary decoration and very nice finishes. It is a totally independent, safe and private space. Its high ceilings give a pleasant and spacious feeling. The colors are serene and neutral. It has a modern bathroom with a waterfall shower; In addition, a warm bedroom with black out rollers and a super comfortable double bed, with soft cotton bedding, which will accommodate up to two people comfortably. The living room and dining room are in a combined and balanced space, where you can enjoy a quiet reading, remote work or a good rest. The sofa bed in the living room extends to form a comfortable space that can accommodate one more person, or serve as a nice change of atmosphere in the study. You will discover a modern and fully equipped kitchen, with utensils and appliances, which will allow you to develop your culinary home. You will find a 49" Smart TV in the living room and another in the bedroom. You will have an internet/ WiFi speed of 100mbps. Although we do not have our own parking lots, there are many spaces to park on the street, right in front of the main entrance of the house. The main access to the Airbnb is through a smart lock that is very easy to use, and the studio has its own key. The entrance is independent, and is through a wide corridor, surrounded by plants and well lit at night (you can check it in our ad photos). The self-check in is flexible, automatic and is done through Smart Lock with a password that will be given to the guest after confirming the reservation. Although very simple, detailed admission information will be shared upon booking Other things to note - This is a space where SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside the studio, but it can be done in the entrance hall that is outdoors and where you will find an ideal area for rest, surrounded by beautiful plants. - Bed linen is included, as well as two large towels and one small one. - Guests will find or receive a "starter pack" of dishwashing detergent, a garbage bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo and liquid soap in the bathroom. - No parties or loud noises or sounds are allowed - Although we do not live in the same building, we are very close (20 minutes away) and we will always be aware of any eventuality or requirement from the guests. - The house has security cameras on the main entrances from the outside - No pets allowed
