Flat - 5 mins walk to the city, next to a park.

My lovely 2 bedroom flat has a great view of the local park. The 2 bedrooms are nice and big and there is a living / dining room with a good work space. The space My flat is spacious and airy with good natural light. Each room has a Jedi multicolour light bulb and the remotes are between rooms. This means you can have a bath with water blue rippling light effect or have flickering fire effect in bed. The living space is big with a double reclining sofa perfect for watching DVDs or playing Xbox. There is a big desk which can be used for work. Past the living space is a balcony overlooking the park and football pitches. The kitchen has a cool Marshal designed amp shape fridge. There is also a small freezer. There is a washer/dryer and also an oven grill. The microwave can also be used as an extra grill or oven. The children's bedroom has some toys and games, there is also a PlayStation 3 in there linked to a small projector. This can be used to watch movies. Guest access There are 2 bedrooms, a lounge / dining / work room which opens out onto a balcony overlooking the park. There is also a bathroom and a kitchen. All rooms are accesible from the hallway. During your stay I can be phoned, unless I'm at work in which case I can call you back at break or lunch.
