These guidelines are designed to ensure a delightful and comfortable stay for all our guests. For your convenience, a damage deposit of RM1000 is required before check-in, payable via bank transfer. This deposit is fully refundable within 3 working days after checkout, subject to a property inspection. Our property comfortably accommodates 30 guests. If your group size exceeds this limit, please reach out to the host for further assistance. Additional fees ranging from RM500 to RM1500 may apply for extra guests, commercial usage, team building events, weddings, celebrations, or parties. Additionally, Barbecue utensils is with additional fee RM250 per set on request. { Important Notice } - We clean the pool as often as possible on Every Monday & Thursday (11am-3pm) Please inform host if you refuse this arrangement during your stay.
