The country cottage is the perfect space for relaxing, while enjoying pure bliss in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by nature. A very comfortable and private space, it is surrounded by endless views of the rolling hills and the beautiful orchard. Gisborne centre, eateries and beaches are only an approx. 8-10min drive. BBQ, bicycles and board games are available. The space Self-contained cottage beside our house with separate entrance. It is complete with all the things you need to relax during your time away. - Very large Queen bedroom with comfortable queen bed and full ensuite bathroom - Second bedroom with queen bed - Large third bedroom with queen bed - All bedrooms have beautiful country views - 1 single day bed in upstairs lounge and 1 additional folding sofa bed in downstairs lounge - All towels and linen - 2 Lounge rooms - Kitchen with stove top cooker, fridge and all cooking utensils - Second Bathroom with separate toilet, shower and toiletries - BBQ available for use, bicycles and board games - Rides available to RnV for a flat fee (please ask us about this on arrival) Guest access - Booked guests have the cottage all to themselves. - Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property at any time. The reservation and access is for booked guests only. - For special requests during RnV please enquire. Other things to note We have 2 large breed dogs on the property. The cottage is in a rural property in the countryside and is on rainwater tanks. Please be understanding of water restrictions especially during summer and potential insects that may be in the house that we have no control of. If you need anything during your stay, or make a request, feel to ask or message. We're flexible and happy to accomodate when asked. If anything is damaged or not working, please let us know so we can fix it straight away.
