There is one queen sized bed in the bedroom and a full-sized futon in the living room to comfortably sleep four. The kitchen is stocked with the basic cooking and dining essentials, an efficiency sized electric range and oven, and full-sized refrigerator to stock all your groceries (or leftovers from all of Ellsworth’s delicious restaurants!). Up to two dogs are allowed. Any dogs that will be accompanying you must be mentioned at the time of booking and added to the booking form as there is a fee per dog, per stay. Please note that if you make a reservation and the original number of guests change, please just let me know so I can make sure to accommodate everyone that is coming. It’s a simple courtesy so I know how many to expect, and to make sure to leave amenities for the proper number of guests. Guests who are eager to sleep in should note that early traffic noise is going to occur as the apartment is located in a downtown location. *Security cameras are located on the outside perimeter of the building Guest access Guests will have access to all of the apartment with the exception of one utility closet in the kitchen which is for our cleaning staff to use. (Guests will be provided with extra towels and linens if needed, located in the bedroom closet) Guests are not allowed to congregate on the fire escape. Guests are not allowed to remove items from the apartment… Other things to note Our reviews sum us up! If you need everything to match, have everything be brand new and updated, we probably aren’t for you. Nothing is fancy or fine pressed, but it is clean and functional. The space has a vintage vibe and is eclectic. Nothing is fancy, but we strive to keep a comfortable, inviting environment for our guests that gives them all the comforts of home. The apartment is located in a city in a downtown location so folks wanting to sleep in, this might not be the best choice! Also, we do not use chemical cleaners so if you are looking for the smell of heavy scented cleaner or bleach in order to consider it clean, this may not be the best fit for you! We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee) to help you settle in comfortably. For longer stays (4+ days), guests may wish to pick up additional supplies as needed ❄️ air conditioning is available mid May through October as they are window units that get taken out during our winter season. Please note that the smoking or vaping of tobacco is absolutely in no way allowed inside the apartment, hallway, etc. Smoking must be done away from the building. Should tobacco smell be in the apartment there will be a $250 fee added to your total. Lastly, due to the very uncertain future in regards to the state of the US, my strict cancellation policy must remain firm. While I have accommodated partial refunds in the past for folks who very unexpectedly need to cancel, I no longer can reimburse folks if they cancel their already booked stay.
