A/C in warm months. The main room has a sofa, comfy recliner, coffee table and end tables. There is a Single bed for an overnight guest and Smart TV. There is also a table and chairs, which work as a workstation, or dining area. S Some furniture in camper built by host gives a unique touch! **Rear of camper has a queen bedroom with a door, that adjoins the bathroom area. The queen bed has a new mattress. **Apartment size washer/dryer. **Kitchen has new pots, pans, dishes, silverware, microwave, convection oven for baking, air fryer, a full size fridge, gas stove, convection and baking oven, air fryer and nicely sized pantry. **Large deck with chairs, dining area, barbecue and campfire, (wood provided.) We have three guest quarters. One is the Camper in this listing. The other two guest quarters are on the lower level of our home. We live on the upper floor. Guest access The Camper is tucked away in a corner of the property, with a privacy fence. There is a campfire area with chairs, and wood provided. The camper deck has an eating area with umbrella and barbecue grill and chairs. We live on site in the green house, and usually have travel nurses in the two lower units. We allow a dog to accompany our guests. 1 dog under 50lbs. or 2 smaller dogs totaling 50lbs. If the dog is on leash, you can take him for a walk on the property, which joins a long lane, suitable for a good walk. We also do dog check ins, walks & sitting for a nominal fee. We do want you to feel at home, while you are here, and this is just the place to do that. Other things to note Camper Magic on the Mountain!
