The space Our cozy and lovingly decorated vacation home offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 10 people (1-2 families) on 135 m² with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. It is a two-story detached house with its own courtyard, which offers plenty of space for relaxing, playing and barbecuing, as well as 2 additional balconies. The entire vacation home was extensively renovated in April 2023. This includes a modern design, new furniture inside and out, including a spacious living room. The upper floor is partially air-conditioned and there are fans throughout the house. Shops for daily needs such as restaurants, bars, bakery, butcher, ice cream parlor, small supermarkets etc. are within walking distance. The nearest beach is less than 10 minutes away. The larger towns of Budoni and San Teodoro are 15-18 minutes away by car. FURNITURE On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, the living room with Smart TV incl. Amazon TV Stick and a sofa bed, a large dining area and a balcony directly adjacent to the living room. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area, 2 fridge-freezers, microwave, coffee and espresso machine, stove with oven and everything you need for cooking, baking and frying. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen. The kitchen leads out to the 35 square meter patio with gas barbecue, dining area, awning and children's play equipment. Also on the ground floor is a large daylight bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and bath with shower. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds. A travel cot and high chair are available. There is air conditioning in each of the double bedrooms. Two additional mobile fans are available on the upper floor. The upstairs balcony is accessible from one of the bedrooms and the hallway. There is also a daylight bathroom upstairs with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower and a new washing machine for free use.
