Plan an unforgettable stay with up to 6 people in our beautiful and family-friendly maisonette apartment "Alpspitze" in the heart of Mering. -> 75m² living space on 2 floors -> large bedroom with kingsize bed -> small bedroom with 2 singe beds -> Living room with large and comfortable sofa bed -> Large south-facing balcony with a view of the market square -> Modern bathroom with large shower and bathtub -> Fully equipped kitchen The space The flat is located in a completely renovated townhouse dating back to 1906. A lift will take you directly to the flat. Once on the 3rd floor, you enter the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, which is directly connected to the large living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up your favourite dishes. The equipment includes: Dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, large hob, blender, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, wine and beer glasses, children's crockery and cutlery and much more. The adjoining living room is flooded with warm light all day through its floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows. The wooden floor provides additional cosiness. You can sit together at the bar table for coffee or a quick breakfast. Behind it is the large and comfortable couch, which you can also use as a sofa bed. A large flat-screen TV with Netflix invites you to spend cosy evenings watching films. You can make yourself comfortable in a stylish hanging chair hanging from one of the original historic roof beams. The living room also offers a large dining table with seating for up to 6 people. A children's high chair is available free of charge. Under the stairs, the cosy tepee invites your children to play. We provide a large selection of games and books for young and old. From the living room you can access the large and sunny south-facing balcony, from which you can look out over the lively Mering market square. The Christmas market takes place here in December and the weekly market every Friday. On a clear day, you can see as far as the Alps from the balcony. Opposite the kitchen is the modern and freshly renovated bathroom, which will delight you with its large ground-level shower, separate bathtub, washing machine and large mirror and sink. Here, too, we provide everything you need for your little ones: changing mat, baby bath, potty, children's toilet seat and bathroom stool. A staircase leads you up to the gallery, from where you can look down into the living room. On the gallery we have created a workplace with a desk and swivel chair for you. You can make yourself comfortable on a small couch to read. The door on the right leads you into the large master bedroom. Directly under the roof with a view of the stars, you can sleep here in a comfortable 180cm wide double bed. The open wooden beams exude a historic charm. You can store your clothes in an open wardrobe with hanging space. On the left side of the gallery is the small bedroom with two comfortable single beds. The small room does not have an outside window, but only a window into the gallery, but lanterns and window mirrors make this room a real cosy oasis. For families with babies and small children, we also provide a baby cot or cot. There is a fall protection at the stairs. Guest access The entire flat is at your disposal. Make yourselves at home! The flat is on the 3rd and 4th floor. A lift takes you up to the 3rd floor. The bedrooms can only be reached by stairs. Other things to note As hosts, we are obliged by the German government to fill out a registration form for each guest, therefore this registration form must be filled by the guest before check-in. The handover of keys is done with a key box. This allows you to check in on your own and gives you independence and flexibility. We provide high-quality hotel bed linen and towels. You can also expect a welcome set with coffee and tea as well as shampoo, shower gel and conditioner.
