An elevator takes you comfortably directly to the apartment. Once on the 3rd floor, you enter the fully equipped open kitchen, which is directly connected to the large living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to conjure up your favorite dishes. Amenities include: dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, large cooktop, blender, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, wine and beer glasses, children's dishes and cutlery and much more. The adjoining living room is flooded with warm light all day through its floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows. The light wooden floor provides additional coziness. At the bar table, you can sit together for coffee or a quick breakfast. Behind it is the large and comfortable couch, which you can also use as a sofa bed. A large flat-screen TV invites you to sociable movie evenings. At one of the original historic roof beams, you can make yourself comfortable in a stylish hanging chair. The living room also offers a large dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people. A highchair is available to you free of charge. Under the stairs, the cozy teepee invites your children to play. We provide you with a wide range of games and books for young and old. From the living room you can access the large and sunny south-facing balcony, from which you can look out onto the lively Meringen market square. Here you will find the Christmas market in December and the weekly market every Friday. In clear view you can see from the balcony to the Alps. Opposite the kitchen is the modern and newly renovated bathroom, which will delight you with its large walk-in shower, separate bathtub, washing machine and large mirror and sink. Here, too, we provide you with everything for your little ones, changing mat, baby bathtub, potty, children's toilet seat and bathroom stool. A staircase leads you up to the gallery, from which you can look down into the living room. In the gallery, we have created a workplace with a desk and swivel chair for you. You can make yourself comfortable to read on a small couch. To the right, the door leads you to the large master bedroom. Directly under the roof with a view of the stars, you can sleep here in a 180 cm wide comfortable double bed. The open wooden beams exude a historical charm. You can store your clothes in an open wardrobe with hanging option. On the left side of the gallery is the small bedroom with two cozy single beds. The small room does not have an outside window, but only a window into the gallery, but through lanterns and window mirrors this room becomes a real cuddly oasis. For families with babies and small children, we also provide a baby crib or crib. There is a fall guard on the stairs. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. Make yourselves at home! The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor. An elevator goes up to the 3rd floor. The bedrooms are only accessible by stairs. Other things to note As a host, I am required to fill out a registration form, so a registration form must be completed for each guest prior to check-in. The key is handed over easily with a key box. This allows you to check in yourself and be independent and flexible. We provide high quality hotel bedding and towels. There is also a welcome set with coffee and tea, as well as shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner.
