This cozy vacation rambler nestled across the street from Ames Lake, has been completely renovated with all the modern luxuries. 2Bdrm, 1 bathroom (with heated floor), and hard woods throughout, we set this space up for our own family with all our favorite things. With a spacious deck, awe-inspiring views of bald eagles, bear sightings and deer, this rambler was built to entertain families and friends. In a cozy tree canopy environment. The Property – The “Rambler” is a completely remodeled single wide trailer 16x40 and sits on .77 acers with a dramatic glacial ice crater in the back yard, creating a beautiful place to walk around and explore. There’re tons of wildlife! Sleeping - King size bed, full size bed, and the living room has a European bench-seat (sleeps one) and a fold down sofa into a full-size bed. The amenities - new plumbing, electrical, heating/AC, washing machine, dryer, stove/stove top, microwave, refrigerator, blender/Vitamix, Instapot, toaster oven, coffee maker/grinder, popcorn maker, & hair dryer (to name a few). Wifi - We do have wifi for streaming (I mean this is the perfect place to Netflix and Chill for the weekend) and also great for work! **We pay for the fastest wifi possible on Ames Lake. Occasionally it can be slow because of weather or other issues outside of our control. Smart TV - Log into any of your apps to watch your favorite show. Disney+ is already set up on our account. You can log into your own Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, AppleTV, etc. Coffee - Essential, right!? We have a coffee pot, grinder and have stocked beans and ground coffee in the freezer! I highly recommend enjoying your morning coffee with nature - on the lounge chairs outside or on a walk around Ames Lake, or with a cozy view right from the bed! Pets - Due to allergies, this rental does not allow pets or smoking. Guest access - There is parking that will accommodate 2 cars. You have the entire property! Enjoy! Ames Lake is a private lake located in unincorporated King County. The community surrounds a lake of the same name. It is 8 miles (13 km) southeast of Redmond, 5 miles (8 km) northeast of Sammamish, and 23 miles (37 km) east of downtown Seattle. Ames Lake is 1.8 sq miles, and has small windy roads. We strive to build a compassionate, cohesive and productive community and make a positive impact in all of our pursuits. We are charged with the care, improvement and maintenance of the common lots in the plat: the lake, designated as Lot A, the Beach (Lot B) and land strips Lots C, D and E. These are all the commonly-owned property of lot owners in the Ames Lake Plat. Ames Lake is one of the few private lakes in Washington. You have two access points to the private lake, off of lot "D", leave the Rambler and turn right, walk approx. 150 steps and it will be on your left where you will see a Private Ames Lake Community Club sign. If you walk down you will have access to the lake. You also have access to the Beach, a locked location, which has a boat launch and dock. Electric engines only. We also have a Tree Farm!!! It is amazing, and you can walk directly up and then down into Carnation to the Told McDonald Park! Drop into Xtapa for a margarita and the head back up! Ames Lake Forest "the Tree Farm" is owned by Green Crow: At the north end of Ames Lake from Ames Lake Drive NE by the green gate with the Green Crow sign, hike up the gravel road through a previously logged area, now replanted with Douglas firs to access the trails on the west side of the forest. Need food/ beverages stocked? Interested in a night of cooking class? It is all possible! This cozy vacation rambler has been completely renovated with all the modern luxuries, yet it still has that shabby chic rambler atmosphere. Nestled across the street from Ames Lake, this two-bed, one-bath vacation rental is equipped with everything you need for a quintessential getaway! Boasting a cool bathroom with heated floors, and hard woods throughout, we set this space up for our own family with all our favorite things (games and books) and have stocked the kitchen with the tools for chef-inspired creations. With a spacious deck, awe-inspiring views of bald eagles, bear sightings and deer, this rambler was built to entertain families and friends. You are surrounded by pine trees which gives you privacy and an outdoor feel. This place is perfect for a couple’s romantic getaway or a family of four vacation. Need food and beverages stocked?
