The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, on an area of 4000 m2, quiet and nature guaranteed! Your vehicle will be parked safely in the yard. The space This private room occupies an independent part of our house. With an area of approximately 17 m2, you will sleep in a comfortable 160 x 200 branded bed, Wi-Fi environment with 32' Smart TV. You'll have your own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. You have the option to have breakfast on site. The dining area is equipped with a mini fridge, a Philips Lorbarista pod machine and a kettle for tea. You will also find cups and cutlery. A bakery is a 5-minute walk from the house. We offer a sweet French breakfast on Sunday mornings for €30 (price for 2 people) and other days according to our availability. You will be ideally placed for a stay on the Opal Coast. You are 5 km from Boulogne-sur-Mer city center, its ramparts, cathedral and Nausicaa. You are only 3 minutes from the A16 highway which serves the entire Opal Coast. Guest access Independent access to the guest room via the exterior staircase and terrace. Also note that a cottage is right next door and that parking is shared. Other things to note It is possible to rent the cottage at the same time for a 4-person package. You will eat together in the cottage and everyone will have their privacy in the evening ("Each to their own").
