This apartment is located on a quiet street downtown. It's located above a coffee and flower shop. The bus stops right in front of the apartment. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. Stop by the coffee and tea zone and help yourself! There's a nice patio in the back and a huge, clean bathroom with a bathtub. Everything is cleaned daily for your comfort. There are several skylights and plants everywhere. It's very cozy and relaxing This is an international hub! You may find guests from all corners of the globe while you're here. But don't worry, your private room is quiet and safely locks. The main areas are cleaned daily. The general unspoken rule, if you want to socialize, go to the main areas of the house. If you want privacy and comfort, stick to your private room. I can send out information about the different countries that other guests will be coming from during your stay apon request Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, main area, outside patio, bathroom and of course their bedroom. In case of emergency or very urgent matters, you can call me. My phone is on silent after 10 pm, but if you call repeatedly, it will bypass and ring loudly. Please do so only if necessary and urgent Other things to note Check in is set at 4pm to allow current guests time to check out and cleaners to prepare the room for you. I would not be able to coordinate early key exchange or be responsible for luggage that isn't secured in your personal room. Checkout is strictly at 10 am for cleaners to prepare for incoming guests. Parking on the street is paid to the city of Toronto. You can either pay for weekly pass or daily. The rate is $12 overnight. you look for City of Toronto street permit for overnight online. either print out the confirmation before you arrive or you can write it down on a piece of paper and add it to the dashboard of the car.
