Quiet neighborhood. The space Sesimbra secret corner , is a contemporary complex with a large privacy terrace. This complex has a capacity for 8 adults and a little one to welcome. The building is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen , with all appliances ,spacious dining area and sitting area. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms , the house is fully equipped with shutters . On the terrace (104 sqm ) you have a nice and handy BBQ, dining room with 2 tables and 8 chairs , 2 lounges places with nice cushions ,also 4 sun loungers with protection . Terrace is partly equipped with safety glass,and partly with safety grids 3 cars can be parked in the spacious garage, and there is free parking outside. This holiday villa is 500 m from the light descending sandy beach and sea,really ideal for smaller children. All the well-known shops are within 3 km of the house. Sports enthusiasts can get their heart's content here. Sesimbra is located in Arrábida Natural Park, 35 km from Lisboa . Freeport in Alcochette for shopping , also Montijo and Almada. In principle, you have to come to Portugal with empty suitcases and go crazy for half a day. And on top of a good professional cleaning crew takes care of the check in and out. Every week, bed linen is cleaned and bed linen is changed. 2 x week bath linen is changed, in case of emergency ,there is a washing machine in the kitchen . On the ground floor you have the garage and 1 bathroom ,also private entrance. On the 1st floor you have the living room, fully equipped kitchen,1 bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 , private closet , and a bathroom with shower,sink,bidet and toilet. Also here you have the 104 sqm terrace part provided with safety glass , and part with special ( Bekaert ) closure on metal construction, we also have small children walking around ,safety in the first place , BBQ,outside furniture ,loungers , and the 2 places with lounges and cushions. You are allowed to let the children walk around freely, nothing can normally happen on the terrace On the 2nd floor you have 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 and 2 bedrooms with a double bed 160 x 200 and a small bed. Each bedroom has a balcony. And 2 spacious bathrooms with bath, shower,sink,bidet and toilet. Hair dryer is available, bath linen is available and will be refreshed in the middle of the week. Bed sheets are changed weekly for the 2 week stayers, and bathroom is cleaned. AFTER EACH STAY EVERYTHING IS REFRESHED.
