Ikebukuro is a bustling commercial and leisure area for the whole family to enjoy, with restaurants and department stores such as Bic Camera, Muji, Herbs, Ichiran Ramen, Muja, Animate, and the famous Sky Aquarium at Ikebukuro Sunshine City. The space The flat is located in a quiet residential area close to major tourist destinations and shopping such as Ikebukuro, Akihabara, Shinjuku, Tokyo Station, Ginza and Shinjuku. The room is a newly built block of flats on the 1st floor. It is decorated in a natural and cosy style, with large windows for good lighting and curtains that are blackout and fireproof so that you can stay in comfort. All configurations inside the room, from the smallest to the interior decorations are made from the guest's point of view so that you can relax and enjoy your stay. Other things to note #Important note: Please read this before booking. In the past this property has had problems with large parties and has resulted in the police being called out. Noisy parties or get-togethers are strictly prohibited and please note that this is not a party venue. In the unlikely event of guests being excessively noisy, smoking or heavily defacing the property, a hefty fine will be charged. If such behaviour is deemed malicious, guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately. In the unlikely event that vomiting renders a room or item unusable, you will be charged an additional replacement cost in addition to the special cleaning fee. Please keep the volume at the same level as in a standard hotel, taking into account the neighbourhood. Please be quiet when opening windows, and observe the rules and etiquette. #Check-in and check-out times Check-in: Anytime after 16:00 Check-out: Please leave the room before 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to negotiation for cleaning reasons. In case of unauthorised late check-out, an additional charge of 2,000 yen per 15 minutes may be applied.
