The space There is covered parking for one vehicle and additional parking with a double driveway for offstreet parking. ***Location*** 3.8 miles to beach, 3.0 miles to Melbourne airport, 56 miles to Orlando airport, 70 miles to Walt Disney World, 0.8 miles to trendy downtown Melbourne including many restaurants and bars. 18 miles or about 25 minutes to USSSA sports complex ***Guest access*** The entire house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay. We kindly ask that you message through the Airbnb app and only use the telephone number with emergencies or urgencies. Please unwind and relax and enjoy your stay. ***Essentials*** The entire home is equipped with high-speed Internet and cold air conditioning which is frequently serviced (new filters). ***Above and beyond*** We pride ourselves on cleanliness that is our number one priority, in addition to all linens being washed and floors including hidden areas washed. We also implement all touching surfaces (tv remotes, fan remote, handles, tables, etc..) sanitized and wiped down. ***Five Star Rating*** We strive for a five star rating as this is our livelihood and your well earned vacation. If for some reason you are unable to give 5 stars, we only ask we have a chance to address and rectify. We understand this is not the Ritz Carlton, but we do pride ourselves on a five star rating and as a team work hard to keep it :). Guest access Access is by a front door code box. Guests have entire home and no shared spaces. Other things to note Please bring out garbage cans on Monday and Thursday night. Pick up is early Tuesday and Friday morning. There is only one tv in family room with streaming services only. There is Netflix, HBO max and YouTube TV for live TV. Again, there are no TVs in the bedrooms. There is basketball court/park walking distance from the house. There is also a great walking nature park Erma Nixon park. The house is located within walking distance to lots of restaurants in the mall on a non-through traffic very quiet Street. Very safe area of town.
