The main level has a gourmet kitchen, beautifully designed with all new stainless-steel appliances, Ilve industrial size oven / gas cook top, microwave, large stone top bench and laundry facilities (washing machine & dryer) The master bedroom includes an ensuite and WIR, overlooking the pristine pool. There are two stunning bathrooms upstairs, one with a large bathtub. There is reverse cycle aircon with ceiling fans in all rooms. The outdoor entertaining area is equipped with a comfy outdoor lounge as well as a large BBQ. The main living area is light, bright and roomy. We have a north facing block which receives sunlight all day. Where You Will Be Suffolk Park is a beautiful enclave in the Byron Shire, minutes from the town centre and close to the beautiful hinterland and surrounds.
