The Living room is also attractively tiled, furnished traditionally, with a Large Flat Screen TV, recliner and large wrap around sofa. The Dinning area is furnished with a table and 4 chairs. The Master bedroom features a King size bed, tropical palm leaf fan and a Flat Screen TV The 2nd Bedroom is also carpeted with Twin beds, a TV, a walk in closet and ceiling fan. Third Bedroom has a Queen size bed and a TV. A stackable Washer/Dryer for this condo. The Kitchen floors are tiled, cabinets are attractive and appliances are in good working order and as we say "fully equipped". This unit has WIFI. And of course all of the amenities of a complete vacation lifestyle community - several pools, executive golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, bacci ball and gym. Guest access CHECK IN IS 4 PM AND CHECK OUT IS 10 AM. Print your Rental Agreement and bring with you. You will need to provide the Agreement and your Photo ID at the Guard Gate when you enter Ocean Village. If you arrive before 5 pm tell the Guard that you are coming to the Rental Office to Check In. If you arrive after 5 PM, your Keys and Check In Package will be at the Guard Gate. Other things to note Ocean Village is a very active community and there are always events going on.
