From the moment you enter, you will be welcomed with waterproof vinyl floors, and French wall panels. The ceiling is custom made, which you can only see in modern European high end residences. The house has up to date kitchen appliances. In the family room is an electric fireplace. Guest access The garage is off limits. If you would like to use the grill there is an additional charge as well as the pool heater. Other things to note Quiet Hours are between 11 PM - 7 AM. Events/Parties are not allowed. All guests must be included in reservation. Failure to abide by House Rules can result in early termination of reservation and removal of guests.
