This property is modern, centrally located and approx 10 min walk to Moffat, Shelley or Kings beaches, making it the ideal location for any getaway. The space This property is made up of a modern, freshly renovated 2-bedroom house with new 9 x 4m pool and outdoor living/dinning areas on front and back of house There is an additional newly built modern, 1 bedroom studio at the rear of the property that can be rented seperately on air bnb or by messaging the host. All indoor areas are air conditioned with ceiling fans in all indoor and outdoor areas. All whitegoods and fittings are new. This is a very fresh, uncluttered space, perfect for that hassle free getaway. The Back deck has a 4-seater outdoor lounge setting, under ceiling fan and provides an ideal second outdoor space to enjoy a private coffee or a wine as the sun goes down and the birds nest in the palms above. The whole house has composite hardwearing easy clean timber overlay flooring. The living area has a new smart tv's, wifi connected, with access to Netflix etc ready for sign on with your personal account. Guest access Guest access is via a combination lock at the main entrance to the property and electronic smart lock at the house entry, code details sent prior to check in. Other things to note LINNEN • A set of Sheets, Pillow slips, Doonas, bath towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels are supplied, spare linen is not supplied unless pre arranged with owner • Beach towels are not supplied. CONSUMABLES • complimentary starter pack of the following products is supplied: Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Long Life Milk, Chux, Sponge, Dishwashing liquid, Dishwasher powder, Laundry detergent, 2 x guest body wash, Toilet paper and Guest soap. ACCESS • Full access is provided to the property except for the rear studio, the garage and a locked gated area at the side of the house PETS • There is a NO pet policy with this house. INTERNET • WIFI is provided and password details are available in the guest book onsite NOISE • There is a strict no party policy with this property, any party, function or loud behaviour along with any complaints from neighbours will be investigated and may result in cancellation of booking, we would also request that the pool area is not used after 9pm in consideration of neighbours. VEHICLE ACCESS • The property has 1 x off-street parking, there is an outdoor 15 amp 240v power outlet for EV charging within 7m of parking area • The property access is off a busy street so care should be taking when entering and exiting the property. CLEANING • Please ensure the bar b q is cleaned and the protective foil replaced if used, and the rest of the property is left in an acceptable condition with dishwasher packed. • Basic “expectations on checkout” are listed in the guest book onsite
