Welcome to Casa Bromélia! Our Bromélia house is located in Vila das Flores, a condominium of four summer houses, each with its own private access. Ideal for enjoying the tranquility, safety and all the charm of the village of Barra Grande. Close to the beach, you can take your morning walk, bathe in the warm waters where the river meets the sea and enjoy the most beautiful sunset you'll ever see! The space For your experience, you will have: - Living room (with 1 sofa bed). - Kitchen. - En-suite with queen-size bed and large bathroom. - Bedroom with 3 single beds. - Social bathroom. - Service area. - Balcony. - Backyard with hammock, portable barbecue and shower. Other things to note Please read all the information and, if you have any questions, just send us a message! IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Air-conditioning in the bedrooms. - Wi-Fi - Smart TV and fan in the living room. - Complete linen for the number of people you book: bath and face towels, bath mats and sheet sets. Note: Towels and sheets are changed only for reservations of 7 days or longer. We do not offer beach towels. - Hairdryer - Kitchen items: stove with gas oven, refrigerator, sandwich maker, blender, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, couscous maker and other utensils. - Barra Grande has no bank branches or ATMs, but cards and PIX are accepted by all establishments, market traders and street vendors. - Our caretaker has access to the outdoor areas of the houses (front porch and backyard) to maintain the garden. He will inform you of the times he will perform maintenance at check-in. Please be kind to him, offer him a good morning and a cup of coffee! - Any damage to the house, furniture and/or objects must be paid for by the guest. ATTENTION! ABOUT LONG STAYS (more than 28 days): DEPOSIT: - A security deposit of R$800 will be charged for every 30 days of accommodation. This amount will be used to pay for electricity, bed linen washing (see prices below), and biweekly cleaning (does not include final cleaning, already paid in the reservation). - If the costs of the stay exceed the security deposit, it will be charged separately and at the end of the stay. - If the expenses are lower, the difference will be refunded at the end of the stay. - A proportional amount will be charged for stays longer than 30 days. ELECTRICITY: - The energy will be charged separately according to the energy company's measurement. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out. The difference will be the amount to be paid. E.g.: if the difference in energy consumption is 100 kWh, then the amount of R$ 100 must be paid at checkout. LAUNDRY: - The washing of all bed linens, towels, rugs, dish towels, etc., will be paid for by the guest, and we are responsible for collecting and sending them to the laundry. The amounts will depend on the number of guests and the items requested. Here are the costs per item type: * Pillowcase R$ 3 * Queen bed sheet R$ 6 * Queen-size elastic sheet R$ 6 * Single bed sheet R$ 5 * Single bed elastic sheet R$ 5 * Towel BRL 6 * Face towel R$ 3 * Mat R$ 4 * Dish Cloth R$ 3 * Hammock R$ 40 CLEANING: - Biweekly cleaning will be carried out by people we trust and agreed in advance with the guests. - Preferably, we ask that guests leave the house for cleaning. - Guests must leave the house in a clean condition, with personal and valuable items properly stored. - For reservations up to 30 days, only one cleaning will be carried out during the stay. - For reservations of more than 30 days, cleaning will be carried out every 15 days until the end of the reservation, and the final cleaning will not be charged separately, since it is already charged at the time of booking. - The biweekly cleaning fee is R$200, including the materials and products necessary for this. - The cost of cleaning does not include changing bed linen that may be done on the same day. FINAL SETTLEMENT: - At the end of the stay, the total amount of the additional costs will be passed, which must be settled with the amount of the deposit. These costs are unrelated to the amount paid for the long stay, and cannot be deducted if the house is not used for all the days booked. Bar da Rô – 14 minutes' walk or 4 minutes' drive.
