Small but nice alpine hut at 1650 m altitude ⛰🏡❤

Whether in summer or winter, this stylish wooden cabin of around 45 square meters offers the perfect accommodation for four people. It is located at 1650 m altitude in the sunny forest. We are happy to give you our tips for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, a ski tour or simply relaxing. 🤍 A special highlight in winter is the 8-kilometer-long toboggan run, which leads almost to the valley via a forest path. The space Around 750 square meters of outdoor area and 45 square meters of indoor area are available for your exclusive use. On the first floor, a small living area with an integrated kitchenette and a wood-burning stove invite you to spend time together. The bedroom with a bunk bed, bathroom with shower and the extra toilet are also accommodated here. An extendable ladder leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping area with the other beds is located. We also offer a large terrace with dining table, a large parking lot for two cars and a beautiful fenced outdoor area, with sun loungers, for your own use. Guest access Entire place Other things to note From the town of Gmünd you can reach our hut uphill in about 20 minutes. The road is wide and also prepared in winter and easy to drive on. There is an option to take a taxi from Gmünd up to the top. Please let us know. In the city of Gmünd there are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and attractions. You can reach a managed hut on foot in about 20 minutes. This offers beautiful views of the mountains and delicious regional food. There is no internet and cell phone network in the cabin. Further up, about 5 minutes' walk to the dirt road, there is network reception and Internet reception again. There is no Wi-Fi in the cabin!
