Duplex apartment with kitchen

Apartment perfectly located in the middle of the waling street. This 60m² duplex (for 4-5 people) is composed of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. All rooms have air conditioning and fans! I provide 15kW of electricity per day (sufficient). Any excess will be charged 20THB per additional kW. However, any electrical excess of the 15kW daily will be billed at the end of the stay! Please don't leave the air conditioner running when you are at the beach ;-) One of the upstairs bedrooms contains two single beds which can be pushed together to form a comfortable king size bed with a comfortable mattress topper. A washing machine is available in the apartment. The full kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee/tea area and all the utensils needed to prepare simple meals. Each room is equipped with its own fan and air conditioning. * * * * * * Important Note - - - - Please read carefully * * * * * * Using someone else's profile, such as that of a friend or family member, will not be accepted if you are not with them. We must register at the immigration office everyone who will sleep in the apartment. A copy of each passport will be requested upon handing over the keys. Due to previous experiences with guests, a mandatory deposit of 2,000 THB must be paid upon check-in to pay for excess electricity or additional cleaning fees if necessary! Please note that we are not a hotel and will not clean up after you. It is your responsibility to leave the apartment in the same clean condition as you found it. If you do not do this, the deposit will be retained to pay for cleaning services. Due to excessive usage from previous Airbnb guests, we only provide the minimum for your arrival (toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and laundry detergent for your first day). No restocking during your stay... there is a 7/11 located just 50 meters from the apartment where you can find all these items.
