Business travelers, couples, solo travelers or vacationers are welcome in our apartment. Bed can be converted to a double bed. Bed linen included, kitchen with fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as the bathroom with shower and washing machine for shared use. Behind the house there is a terrace with a pond that brings cooling in summer. Parking is possible in front of the house. I live here with my son and look forward to seeing you. 25 km by car to Lake Constance or the Danube Valley. The space Everything you could ever need...... Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible only by stairs, no elevator. It is a duplex apartment, the guest room is upstairs and is accessible via a relatively steep open wooden staircase. During your stay We'll sort it out when you're here. 😊 Other things to note Smoking only outside the house. We have a cat, for your information, in case you have an animal hair allergy.
