New entire home with underfloor heating and mountain views. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You will enter via a separate entrance and will be able to park your vehicle. Composed of 2 bedrooms with double bed, cozy living room with dining table, fully equipped kitchen, independent bathroom with walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided. The space The 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, one 140 x 200 cm, the other 160 x 200 cm. The living room sofa is convertible (but the bed is not very comfortable, so we consider it a backup). The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, hood, induction cooktop, fridge, large freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. All utensils are available. You will find the minimum necessities such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc. The kitchen/living room has a table for 4 that can be extended for 6 if needed. A 3-seat sofa and WiFi access. The bathroom is separate with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. You can enjoy the garden with its outdoor table for 6, which you will have to yourselves. Guest access You will enter via a separate entrance and can park up to 2 vehicles. The accommodation is in the same building as our home but is completely independent. A slope along the building prevents access for people with disabilities or walking difficulties. Located 5 km from Chatillon en Diois, 15 km from Die and 15 km from Luc en Diois. Many walks can be accomplished on foot. Walks, hikes, swimming, cycling... there is something for everyone and for the whole family. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee, the apartment will be given to you clean, it must be returned clean or a cleaning service of 40 euros will be added. We have a small folding crib available on request.
