The Cottonwood is a coastal inspired cabin set on 50 acres that includes a stocked pond with a covered pavilion and plenty of space to run. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit and roast s’mores…play corn hole or horse shoes on the vast green space… or just relax and watch TV in the open concept living and kitchen area. You will feel pampered in the extra large bathroom with walk in showers- with four shower heads! And the comfy queen beds in the bedroom can’t be beat. Enjoy the silence of the pines! Other things to note ** We have construction about 100 yards from the property. That will be finished at the end of 2025. Although the crews try not to be there on the weekends, depending on weather, they may have to work. We have not had any complaints from guests on noise from the workers.
