Relax, enjoy the GREAT OUTDOORS! Misty Mornings next door! The space Holiday lights and festive Decor will begin Nov 22nd - after New Year! Look at pics in the theme room section. ALWAYS FRESH BEDDING and NEW MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES! The main level is firmer, the 2nd level has a topper for a softer feel. We have enhanced the fire pit area! It’s a Guest Favorite for sure! YOU WILL BE AMAZED at how beautifully and comfortably decorated the interior with 2 main suites (tub/shower combos) 1 up, 1 down, loft with Arcade Games, Full sized LR with TV/Electric Fireplace for ambiance, Full sized dining table that seats 6, fully equipped kitchen, Back Deck with hot tub and 2 rocking chairs, steps to a charcoal grill, picnic table, and a firepit with 4 chairs on the 1.1-acre lot with endless Mountain Views! Please know the 1 acre is not fenced in so wildlife and pets are free to roam the area! Leashes are recommended for your pets safety. For those of you that can work from anywhere- why not just work here? Desk and chair in upper-level master and WIFI speed 150mb. Kiddos will flip for the loft with full sized arcade games! Walk to the Cosby Creek or just enjoy a sunset stroll. Your Pups (dogs only please) will be smiling ear to ear with being able to see all of the wildlife from our oversized windows or being able to run in our fenced in back yard as of NOV 25. Some pups may still require a leash. New water filtration system - fresh and tasty water just drink from the tap! From time to time, you may hear the filtration process from 1 to 3 AM. Please refrain from using the water during this procedure it will be well worth it to wake up in the morning to yummy fresh water. Guest access Smart Lock- you will be sent a private door code through the AIRBNB message page for your stay. Arrival instructions will be sent automatically 3 days prior to arrival. Front door will auto lock 15 seconds after being shut each time. Other things to note The neighborhood is very dog friendly. There are working dogs in the area that are used to having the land to themselves to protect from bears and other predators. They are friendly to humans, children, and other doggies and you may encounter them in the yard and nearby from time to time. New fence installed for back yard 11/25.
